Frequently asked questions about Gamers Home pricing
Does Arielle train on my game design?
No. Your GDD, tasks, and plans are yours. We do not use customer data to train models, ours or a third party's. Full policy at /ai-policy.
Who owns the IP of what I put into Arielle?
You do. Everything you upload or generate in Arielle belongs to your studio. If you cancel, we export your data and delete our copy within 30 days.
How is this different from Jira or HacknPlan?
Jira takes about 8 weeks to configure for a game team. HacknPlan is faster to set up but stops at the Kanban layer. Arielle writes the plan for you from your GDD, then connects you to the collaborators you're missing. You start shipping in an afternoon, not a sprint cycle.
Does it work for solo developers?
Yes. Roughly one in three users is solo. The Core plan is built for 1 to 2 person teams, and the generated plan doubles as an accountability tool when no one else is watching your calendar.
Does Arielle replace a human producer?
No. It replaces the assistant producer most indie studios can't afford to hire. The person who would otherwise spend 20 hours a week keeping the plan current. Senior producers tell us it gives them their design brain back.
How do collaborators join projects? Are they paid, volunteer, or contract?
Whichever you agree on. Every project declares its engagement model up front: volunteer, intern, contract, revenue share, or paid. Arielle does not take a cut of any payments. You negotiate directly with the collaborator.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the current cycle. Annual plans are refundable within the first 30 days. No support ticket gauntlet.
What happens after the free trial?
You keep everything you built. The trial is on the Pro tier. If you don't upgrade, your workspace stays active on a read-only Core tier. You can keep viewing your plan, you just can't add collaborators.
Is my team's data GDPR compliant?
Yes. Data is stored in US and EU regions, customer choice of region. GDPR and UK GDPR DPAs available on request. SOC 2 Type II audit underway, report expected Q3 2026.
